Defzone offers a variety of customer services in order to get the most out of your Defzone Firewall. Our service offerings include services like technical support, remote configuration and training programs.

 

 

Technical Support

 

Free services

 

When you have got a problem or a question you can browse to the customer support page and register as a customer to be able to use or ticket system. Registering is free and will not take more than 2 minutes.

 

You will get a response mail within 24 hours. 

 

Paid services

 

When you purchase a service contract you can call our support team from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

 

When you purchase a remote configuration you are entitled to two hours of remote configuration by a Defzone specialist.

 

 

Training Programs

 

In order to get the maximum performance and security out of your Defzone products we provide technical training sessions for our customers.
